Smiths Radiator has introduced a '65 Mustang aluminum radiator that is an exact replacement for the early Mustang available in both automatic and manual transmission models. It also features multiple bolt holes to fit other Ford & Mercury products of the era using our single row 1 ½ " tube and a Heavy Duty model with 2 rows of 1" tubes core and hand formed tanks that are T.I.G. welded together for a quality finish that will cool as good as it looks. |

Smiths Radiator has went to great lengths to create a custom hand built all aluminum replacement radiator for the early Ford & Mercury products that retains the original style of the factory radiator with an outstanding increase in cooling for today's high horsepower engines. Now you can have your updated engine and drive it on the street with confidence and not fear overheating. Each Radiator starts out with a Controlled Atmosphere Brazed core hand fabricated tanks made from 5052 aluminum are TIG welded on to provide high quality durability and looks. Billet filler necks are added to all of our radiators for reliability. A factory length transmission oil cooler is installed on all Automatic Transmission models so that the factory lines can be accommodated without modifications. 1 1/2" Top radiator hose fitting with 1 3/4 bottom radiator hose fitting and a drain are installed in factory location for the use of replacement hoses and no hunting through the parts bin to find something that will work. Brackets are all jig welded to insure proper alignment and a bolt in radiator that can be easily installed with minor hand tools. -16AN and -20AN fittings can be custom ordered for any radiator Contact Smiths Radiator for pricing |
