Smiths Radiator has went to great lengths to create a custom hand built all aluminum replacement radiator for the early Camaros and Firebirds that retains the original style of the factory radiator with an outstanding increase in cooling for today's high horsepower engines. Now you can have your 500+ cubic inch engine and drive it on the street with confidence and not fear overheating. Each Radiator starts out with a Controlled Atmosphere Brazed core hand fabricated tanks made from 5052 aluminum are TIG welded on to provide high quality durability and looks. Billet filler necks are added to all of our radiators for reliability. A factory length transmission oil cooler is installed on all Automatic Transmission models so that the factory lines can be accommodated without modifications. 1 1/2" Top radiator hose fitting with 1 3/4 bottom radiator hose fitting and a drain are installed in factory location for the use of replacement hoses and no hunting through the parts bin to find something that will work. Brackets are all jig welded to insure proper alignment and a bolt in radiator That can be easily installed with minor hand tools. -16AN and -20AN fittings can be custom ordered for any radiator Contact Smiths Radiator for pricing |
